Shipping and Return Policy

No physical shipping
Creovus Media is a digital subscription service. We produce and schedule social media content for your accounts; we don’t ship any physical product, so no shipping charges or delivery times apply.
How cancellation works
You can cancel your plan at any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. To cancel, email hello@creovus.com from the address on your account. We'll confirm your cancellation within 2 business days. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle: your plan keeps running and any already-approved content keeps publishing, until that date.
Refunds
Because each billing cycle is paid in advance for work already scheduled or in progress, we don't offer refunds for partial months or unused days. The one exception is our approval guarantee: if we publish something you didn't sign off on, that month is free, per our published promise. If we make a billing error, contact us at hello@creovus.com and we'll correct it.
Undelivered or incorrect content
If a scheduled post doesn't go out as agreed or delivered content doesn't match your brief, tell us within 7 days of the issue and we'll fix it at no extra cost. This is separate from your plan's normal revision rounds, which cover creative feedback on work delivered as agreed. This section covers content that wasn't delivered correctly at all. This isn't a refund process, it's how we make sure you get what you paid for.
