Distance Selling Contract

The parties
This contract is between Sami Burgaz, trading as Creovus Media (“we”, “us”), and the customer who purchases a plan through our website (“you”). Our details: address Cevizli Mah. Zuhal Cad. The service
We provide flat-rate social media content production and scheduling, under the plan you select at checkout. The exact scope (platforms, post count, video count, response times) is set out on our Plans page and confirmed at signup.
Price and payment
You pay the monthly price of your selected plan in advance, each billing cycle, through our payment processor, iyzico. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include any taxes required by law.
Start of service and delivery
This is a digital service with no physical delivery. We begin work after you sign up and share your brand details and typically deliver your first draft within 5 business days. Nothing we produce goes live without your approval.
Right of withdrawal
Turkish law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. However, at checkout you expressly ask us to begin the service immediately, before that 14-day period ends. Once we have started performing the service with your consent, your right of withdrawal ends, in line with the exception for services under the Distance Contracts Regulation (Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği). If you haven’t given that consent and no work has started yet, you can still withdraw within 14 days by emailing hello@creovus.com.
Cancellation after the withdrawal period
After the right of withdrawal no longer applies, you can still cancel at any time. There's no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing cycle; we don't refund the remainder of a paid cycle, except under our approval guarantee. Data protection
We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disputes
This contract is governed by Turkish law. Disputes are handled by the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) or Consumer Courts (Tüketici Mahkemeleri) with jurisdiction based on your or our registered address, in line with the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade.
