What we collect
We collect what we need to run your account and deliver your content: your name, email address, business or brand details you share with us (like your Brand Kit), content you approve or request changes to and the social media platform access you grant us to schedule and publish on your behalf. When you pay for a plan, our payment processor, iyzico, handles your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
We use this information to set up and run your account, produce and schedule your content, bill you through iyzico, and respond when you contact us. With your permission — or unless you tell us in writing that you'd rather we didn't — we may feature completed work, your business name or a testimonial in our portfolio and marketing materials. We also use Google Analytics to see how visitors use our website, so we can improve it. Analytics data is aggregated and doesn't identify you personally.
Who we share it with
We share payment details with iyzico to process your subscription, and aggregated site-usage data with Google Analytics. We don’t sell your personal data to anyone, and we don’t share your brand content or account details with third parties except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information for as long as your account is active, plus a limited period afterward to meet our legal and tax record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete data we're not legally required to keep. Email hello@creovus.com (see "Your rights" below).
Your rights
Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and applicable data protection law, you can ask whether we process your data, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. o exercise any of these rights, email hello@creovus.com and we'll respond within 30 days, as required by KVKK.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies from Google Analytics to understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so won’t affect your ability to use the site, though some features may work less smoothly.
