Sami Burgaz

Sami Burgaz is the founder of Creovus Media, where he helps small businesses build consistent, on-brand social media content systems. He has worked in social media and print content since 2017, on projects ranging from small business accounts to a European Union grant under the Media for Democracy programme. Before founding Creovus he worked in corporate roles at Apple and Samsung, and that discipline shapes how he runs the agency: every plan is flat-rate, every post goes through an approval step before it publishes, and there is no long-term contract.

Sami manages content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, covering everything from a single feed to a full content calendar with short-form video. Across his career he has created thousands of posts, short-form and long-form videos, ads and websites. At Creovus, he and a small team have produced content for businesses across restaurants, salons and spas, gyms, real estate, retail shops, med spas and coffee shops.

He writes about social strategy, content operations and the practical mechanics of growing a brand online, drawing on what actually works and fails inside real accounts rather than general advice. His approach starts from a simple frustration: most agencies treat clients like tickets, not people.

At Creovus, he takes the first call with every client himself, learns the brand directly and stays the named point of contact throughout the relationship. When a client has a question, they are talking to him, not a support queue.

Sami is also responsible for the agency's approval-first workflow. The process that means nothing is scheduled or published without a client's direct sign-off. Every post is timestamped at approval and checked against a written QA list before it reaches review, the same process discipline he carried over from corporate product cycles.
